Discovering poetry

For the next two weeks, you will use this website as a basis for your poetry exploration. You will find everything you need on this site from a day-to-day schedule for each week to the rubrics which will be used to grade your assignments. Plan to bring your laptop with you every day.

As you dive into the world of poetry, remember that no two people in this class will have the exact same taste in reading material or style of writing. Experimenting with new forms and taking risks to see what you like and what you don't is encouraged.
